8 Ways to improve your Website Traffic with Offline and some On-page Search Engine Optimization:
8 Ways to improve your Website Traffic with Offline and some On-page Search Engine Optimization:
1. Get links: add links on your facebook, twitter, myspace, and trade links with others in the spa industry to have them put your link on their site if you put your link on your site. Just create a spa link page to add them. Important point make sure your link text or the anchor text for example: "Spa Consultant" or "Starting a Spa Business" or something with proper key phrases pointing to your link http://www.thespaconsultants.co.za/
2. Sign up for a Delicious Account: http://delicious.com/ and add your own website by bookmarking your site with proper key phrases and as a courteous for this info bookmark 2 of my sites as well: www.personalpowertraining.net and www.seotutorialprogram.com. Thank you. Delicious is an online bookmarking service where you can access your bookmarks anywhere on the web.
3. Make it so people can book mark your site by getting listing your bookmarks on your site. An Addthis button is kind of an all in one service you can add to your site or put each bookmark link like facebook, myspace, google, delicious, and many more on your site for people to bookmark your page.
4. Use automation with your blog, rss feeds and everything else so you don't have to update every page, blog, social networking site and so forth to save yourself thousands of hours of work.
5. Create Massive Amounts of content for your webpage, The more web pages on your website with unique content the better. This is why people who have blogs for their webpage and write something every day get ranked very well in the search engines like Google, Yahoo, and msn. The Search Engines are looking for new fresh content which is why you constantly should be writing about your niche on your blog or articles for your website. If you get writers block and have trouble coming up with things to write about just search online for other business in your field or even out of your field and get ideas. Don't copy it though it can give you the idea to create a page similar.
6. Do your meta Tags: title tags, keywords, description tags. Remember to do one for each webpage you have and do the tags unique to that page. Use about only 5-12 words in your title, use only 3-5 keywords, and write a description with your keywords used in it and only use about 15-25 words for your description. Remember to use keywords in your title and description.
7. Don't try and rank your website for everything under the son, be specific what your site is going to rank for and stick with that niche.
8. Do Article marketing: Submit your articles online, though don't waste thousands of hours submitting each article to each directory: Click Here to submit your article to thousands of article directories and get tons of links pointing back to your site. http://www.articlemarketer.com/6206.html

Dr. Weils restaurant True Foods at the Biltmore in Phoenix
True Foods: Dr. Weils and Fox Restaurants Concepts: Biltmore Restaurant.
True Foods is the creation of Dr. Weil and Fox to create a new improved green establishment for healthy food with some flair. The Place was very cool, design very clean and cool. The bathrooms were my favorite part of the entire restaurants with the green no flush urinals and the Dyson air dry your hands. What a great concepts to keep the environment safe and to save tons of water.
The Food: I had the steak tacos, the steak was delicious and was to be of good quality, not sure if it was grass fed and the corn tortillas was a disappointment considering most people are have food allergies to corn. Overall the steak tacos were a bit dry and the side of beans that came with the dish wasn’t the best. I hate it when people go ½ way when it comes to truly educating the public and the people with their health. I thought Dr. Weil would of done better with this one. I also had a bit of the pizza can’t remember which one though it was good, but again I asked the waiter if it was made with all organic spelt flour and no it’s not just partial. Come on I understand you have to keep the cost down, but don’t try and trick the people that expect the best when it comes to being healthy.
I wouldn’t necessary put this restaurant on my favorites list though I think it may be a place to get a bit to eat for lunch once in a blue moon. I hope next time the dish I choose is a bit better and less blah tasting.
Healthy food doesn’t have to be bland. If you know what you’re doing in the kitchen you would be amazed about how tasty and delicious food can really taste.

Awesome Book!!! THE FRED FACTOR
The “THE FRED FACTOR”
As you may know I love reading great books and ones that are extremely exceptional. I just read the “The Fred Factor” it’s a story about a mail man. Sounds pretty lame I know, though it’s a bit different it’s about Fred. Fred is this man who was or still is a mailman who went above and beyond his call of duty. He was not just a mailman he was an extrodanary individtual. “FRED” was the phrased used throughout the book for any extrodanary individtual that Mark Sanborn a Professional Speaker and the author of the book came into contact with. He also explaiend how you too can be an exceptional indivitual and it’s never to late. Each day is a new day. Read this book and you can find out what it takes to be a fred and what FRED means. This book is a great read, real quick and easy and loaded with great information. It’s about 100 pages easy print. Go pick up a copy or order it today at amazon: Click here to Order

Google Made some Changes to its Search Results
Google the big bad Search Engine made some changes to its algorithm to include it’s local search results in its Search Results. So what this means when you search for Personal Trainer, Internet Marketing Genius, or whatever you may be wanting to search for local results automatically come up in the results. I have included a picture to show you what this means. Check it out: You can find my Personal Training company at the top of the local search results within Google search results. You can also find the company in the national results as well . No wonder why I get tons of business with my personal training business.
Ok so what this means is you focus on ranking your website for your search term or terms “keywords” and you will come up locally for those search results. Get to work and rank your site properly.
If you don’t know how to rank your website I recommend purchasing this product: http://www.seotutorialprogram.com it will teach you what you need to know so you can rank in the search engines and increase your business.

may also be used in training programs to describe perceived exertion in

another Scale rating between 6-20.

The 1-10 Scale is great and very easy to use though of course if you want or
need more detailed information than I would recommend the 6-20. After you
get really good as a Personal Trainer you should be able to tell what is
very challenging for a client or what is not and this is a great way to get
there perceived exercise intensity.
Remember Scales are another way to assess your client and the more data you
have on your clients or research participants the better and more accurate
you can be with how you can help or know what will work best for each
person.

ASU Research Study
smartest minds in the Kinesiology world (Study of human movement). I have
been participating in a study at Arizona State University might I add one of
the best University and remarkably with the best weather as well. Granted
I'm biased because I did get my Kinesiology degree from ASU. Today was my
last day in the Study where I performed a wing gate test: basically you get
on a bike with some resistance and you peddle as fast as you possibly can
imagine for 30 seconds. I know doesn't sound like much, and the test
measures a person's Power Output which I love because I always want to see
how powerful I am.. J. It is great to see how your body resists fatigue and
how much total power you can produce. It's my kind of test 30 seconds off
all out effort and then you feel like you're ready to puke or pass out. Oh
for all that you were wondering my peak watts was 1270, mean watts was: 568
peak rpm: 183, Mean rpm 122: Anaerobic capacity: 6.8 w/kg; Anaerobic Power
15.1 w/kg; Fatigue index 30.8 w/s: and Total Work 17034.4 joules. Which
basically means I was able to produce a lot of power in the beginning and
fatigued fairly fast but was able to maintain a steady state for the
remainder of the test.
I also got my body fat% measured and Bone Density Measured with the Dexa
which is a very cool way to measure body fat probably one of the most
accurate out on the market. Dexa actually breaks up each body part and
gives you how much fat and lean body mass you have in your right arm, left
arm, left trunk, ect. so you can really see all the difference in each part
of your body. It also shows your bone mass density. If you must know I
came in at 14% body fat and Scored very high on my bone density scale. I
guess I need to even work on my diet and start back on my cardio.
Measurements are an important tool for us all it shows where we are at and
just like any professional getting that proper feedback will let us know or
the professionals we are working with what's going on so we may make
adjustments to our training, nutrition, and lifestyle program so we may
progress in life and our goals.
Keep up the hard work.
Ps. Remember to train smart and hard.. "it's stupid to train hard if you
don't know how to train smart first"
in great health and happiness

Make a Difference!! Let's Fight To Make a Stand Now!!! All Personal Trainers, Fitness Buffs.. Join Me in This Fight!!!
As of late, a fair amount of media attention has revolved around the professional qualifications/education of the personal training profession.
I have listed a few:
Health Club and Trainer are Sued in a Death.

Woman Says Personal Trainer Put Her In Hospital

Personal Trainer in New York City Sued for Working Obese Man Too Hard.
http://www.accessmylibrary.com/coms2/summary_0286-6192513_ITM
Women’s Health March 2009 article: “it was after the fifth 20 rep set on leg extension that her legs collapsed for the first time.” This is an article that can shed some even more light on the personal training and fitness industry.
I am currently a personal trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology from ASU and have several other certifications and regularly provide myself with continuing education in the field. It saddens me that so many in my profession are able to market themselves with so few qualifications. Without proper qualifications, the potential for human physical harm is great and there is an increased likelihood of consumers being misled or misinformed.
I’m hoping that State of Arizona can lead the way in helping to regulate this industry in our nation. What I envision is perhaps regulating this industry in a similar fashion to the field of massage therapy. Specifically, while massage therapist have to take 500 to 750 hours of training from a Board qualified course and are required to pass a test to get a state license to practice their craft, there are no such requirements for personal training. This is a shame since arguably, malpractice in personal training presents a greater harm to consumers than does that of the massage therapy. In particular, personal trainers are responsible for working with people’s bodies by giving them correct exercise with proper form to prevent injury. They are also often expected to recommend nutritional advice and to counsel people on their health and lifestyle. Personal trainers may take it upon themselves to recommend nutritional supplements, food choices, etc. This is all acceptable if the proper training has occurred. If not, risk is presented to consumers.
I’m hoping that the State of Arizona can advise me on how to consider regulation for the personal training industry. Not only will regulation ensure consumer safety, but it could also be a profit center for the State via licensing and renewal feels, as well as state sponsored education and training for the professionals. The best scenario would be that the State of Arizona ensure that no un-licensed personal trainers can practice in the State.
I am happy to champion this cause. My goal is to see the personal training industry become a legitimate and respected profession in the health field. I hope you can tell me to how best begin this quest. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Scott White
