Michael Moore is Fat

Michael Moore what's going on you have a movie about health and insurance and you your self don't take care of your own health, Point the finger tell the insurance companies are to blame, though what about yourself.

Are you currently the poster boy for health or could you be on the verge of clinical obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and among other health issues to boot.

"Siko was a documentary about HealthCare and Educating health Care in America, Nurses watch out Michael Moore is hoping for a big movement with this Video "Siko" Wanting to take a message health care is for America and in need for everyone.

Let's face it this won't change stop whining and being babies about this, start being responsible for your own health.  Start respecting your own body. I have yet to come across to many healthy nurses.

Who needs health care when you take care of your own health and are responsible for your own physical fitness, nutrition, and health.  We need to stop complaining about this and start taking action in our own hands.  This is done first by being healthy ourselves.

Would we even need as much health care if we exercised and ate better, granted most people don't know what this is and how to do it, because there is so much miss information when it comes to nutrition and taking care of your own health that some will get you right back to being fat and un healthy cause yes of course that is what the big corporations want.

Yes I said it big corporate owners of pharmaceutical companies, fast food joints, and the rich want you to be more fat, have more disease, and not be healthy cause at the end of the day you may be sick and dying they are getting richer and more money to feed there greed.

So take the steps, do I think Michal Moore should be the first one to join in this massive take care of your own health movement.. Oh yes I do.

Be responsible and take charge or something that is most important to you! yourself, now go exercise, eat right, and higher someone who may really help you and is qualified and just don't skimp on the most important thing in this world.. You!!

Michael, let's make a movie education people how to eat, move, and be healthy and teach them what they need to know along with yourself to live and be happy.. Lean, healthy, and fit.. and emphasize there are no excuses!!

in great health and happiness

Big Barry Bonds

Barry Bonds did it Beat the record more home runs then Hank Aaron's record of 755, people are saying that it was tainted, because of steroids, well we all can make millions of excuses though bottom line is he broke the record give him a high five a pat on the back.  Appreciate his greatness and his skill level, because I don't see anyone out there beating that record.

So what if Barry Bonds used steroids or currently uses steroids, who are we to point the finger, who says hank Aarons wasn't using anything.  Let's face it "American Public" Professional Athletes on a high scale use steroids and performance and enhancing drugs.  To compete at that level a lager majority use steroids, growth hormone, stimulates, and more performance enhancing drugs.

Is that cheating, well I would argue yes, though it doesn't make them less impressive of athletes, does it give them an edge compared to if they didn't use, of course.  Would they get an edge if they trained better and ate better yes in deed.  Though bottom line steroids and performance enhancing drugs don't make you a great athlete, because then almost anyone would be a great athlete, does it help get over the edge and improve performance.. hell yes..

Barry Bonds Broke the record, I have never met the man nor do I care what he does to his health and body, he is the home run record holder and you all need to face it.. Flax seeds, steroids or not.  Hell Barry Bonds may have always though flax seeds really are steroids, I have met many athletes and trained many athletes that where on steroids and I don't think they even had a clue. It's unfortunate we have demands and require so much greatness and high levels to be broken and when they do we want to point the finger and say oh it's because he's on steroids..

How Cares, give the man his do's.. no one else has broken that record, yet!

Face it Athletes are going to use Performance Enhancing drugs, if we didn't want them to use we would administer a test that would show if an athlete used and ever used.

and yes there is a test out there, but for some reason we don't use it, wonder why!!

Congratulations Barry Bonds.. You got a high five and a Huge amount of respect for being able to compete and play at that high level of Skill and to beat a record of such caliber.

American Elite Gymnastics

American Elite Gymnastics Adult Gymnastics Class

I recently got a goal that I want to be able to do a black flip, well when I set my mind to something I do it.  I called Gymnastic Organizations or Gymnast to find where I can get private lessons or someone to teach me how to do a back flip.  I finally found American Elite Gymnastics, they do all forms from teaching little kids and they have adult classes..

Being that this was my first time to doing any gymnastics I was not sure what to do, though coach rob.. started showing me the fundamentals to teach me how to do a back flip.  Fist he wanted to see how my body moved, so we did some hand stands, then hand stands to rolls, and then cartwheels, and round offs.  I was picking things up pretty quick or at least giving it my best.  We went to practice a back hand spring, then to some trampoline work and on do doing forward flips into the pit..

I had a blast, was like an adult playground..  Great workout and really fun, I figure the class is every week so I will be doing back flips in 2 to 3 weeks, like nothing.  This was a blast..

they have everything there at American elite from ropes, bars, tramps, and many more things I don't know because I have only done one class.

keep posted I will have videos and a picture to prove that I have accomplished my back flip.. just for you, to prove anything can be achieved if you put your mind to it and take action to do it.

General notes:     Great workout, had to finish cardio quick because I'm off to dance lessons, working on my salsa, waltz, fox trot, swing, and the rumba, always fun. Later tonight I'm on a mission to learn how to do a Back Flip, so I'm headed to a gymnastic class to get some instructions. Hey when I have a goal I achieve it, nothing stops me, nothing is ever able to get in my way. Because if it did, I will run it over so fast it wouldn't stand a chance.  Attitude is everything.  While doing cardio walking at the gym I'm watching some TV as I listen to my audio book.  Well on Channel 3 they 2 female personal trainers or lifestyle and wellness coaches, well what ever they were they shouldn't of been showing exercise, because first off they didn't even understand gravity and how the body functions with resistance, had poor biomechanics and totally were performing the exercises wrong, well not to mention the stuff they were saying was not very true.. Just like most so called fitness experts they talk a little science and about the body to amaze most people and then throw in a whole bunch of junk that makes no sense and is not true.  I should have my own exercise television show depicting trainers, fitness, and nutrition experts traveling around the world and I would give you what is true and what will get you results and then also show you what is not true and total myth.  It will be like myth busters when it comes to exercise so maybe. "Exercise Myth Busters" how about it abc, nbc.. do you want to make tons of money, hire me and air my new show, now, because it will be a hit and actually provide proper education and get people results because they are learning what exercise will work and won't.
