Been Way Too Long!

Hi Subscriber,
 
Scott White here @ Personal Power Training. It's been way too long!
 
I have been swamped raising 2 beautiful kids, keeping my wife happy, and running Personal Power Training, a now 7,500 sq ft private training facility located in the Scottsdale Airpark.

Anyway, enough of the nonsense. Here's How Shedding Fat is as easy as Apple Pie: 
 
Shedding Fat's Easy as Apple pie. In fact it's easier if you just follow two important steps:
 
Eat Right and Exercise. Yes I know a magic pill would be much easier. However, you get results by investing time and energy into the things that will move you closer to your goals.
 
Quick tips: Eat 6 meals per day. Eat every 2 hours. Eat veggies and protein with every meal. Eat only complex "clean carbs" brown rice, quinua, sweet potatoes, and squash. Eat only healthy Fats: walnuts, avocados, coconut oil, sunflower butter, kerry gold butter, olive oil (just don't cook with olive oil).
 
Get at least 5hrs of exercise in per week including 3 days of weight training and 2 days of HITT cardio.  If you focus on doing this each and every month you will watch your waist line disappear.
