Ladies and gentleman after the first week of the six week challenge here at Personal Power Training we are seeing some awesome results. Here are a few of them: Amber has lost 5lbs Crystal has lost 2lbs Diane has lost 3.5lbs Amanda has lost 1lb Corey has lost 1lb Linda has lost 3.5lbs Kim has lost 7lbs Chris has lost 5lbs Ondra is down 2lbs The results are varied, but what matters is that everyone is improving in so many different ways. We all have the same goal regardless of what state or condition we are in. Improvement. Congratulations everyone! The Law of Momentum: An object in motion will stay in motion until it meets a resisting force. Keep pushing forward!
