Nutrition is Like Karate

Did you know Nutrition is like Karate? 

 

I have been consulting people on nutrition for years. I have read 1,000's of books, consulted top Dr.'s, Nutritionist, Experts, and Studied how nutrition works for each and every one in their life and body. I have found the magic bullet. I have found the fountain of youth. I know how to turn a women with a flabby, pooch belly, and thunder thighs to look and compete like the hottest fitness model on stage. I have done this 1,000's of times.  Women ask me if I have the ability to waive my magic wand to make their body turn into a masterpiece.

Well, first let's start by saying this isn't a scam or some quick fix diet that only leads you down a path to lose weight quickly and just pack it on and more down the road.

 

 

This isn't even a plan to sell you tons of supplements and products to do while watching TV because that poop doesn't work. Save your money and stop watching gimmicks late at night on television. 

 

OK, What is it? 

 

 

It's a system much like Karate. Karate only has a few different fundemental movements that you must master to keep progressing to the next "BELT" or let's call it level. 

 

 

First off I know everyone want's to jump levels. Though this is the first key to the system that works so well. If you jump levels, you will most likely fail 99% of the time and go back to square 1. 

 

 

If you're serious and you want massive results you must first start with level 1. 

 

The basics: What you need to master 1st to earn your white belt in nutrition: 

 

Fundamental Lessons for your White Belt:

Eat 1st thing in the morning upon waking up.

Eat Every 2-3hrs each and every day. 

Eat protein with every meal

Schedule your meals based off your lifestyle. 

Exercise Daily

 

 

Master this. If you don't, you won't be able to make it to the next level. 

 

Remember these Degree's of Nutrition are only for people who want better health, vitality, true lasting fat and weight loss, and a better life. 

 

Can you cheat the system? Yes! Do some of you have good genetics so if you're small you believe you're healthy? Yes! As a nutritionist if you haven't mastered these lessons you are only fooling yourself.
