Fell of the Wagon
it's been 18 days since you may have promised yourself to get in shape and to workout each day lose weight.
How are you doing? Did you set Smart Goals?
So your goals should of been to lose weight:
Step 1
Go to the gym 3 days a week the 1st 3 week
Step 2
Lift weights 3 days a week doing a full body routine:
Squats, Lunges, Push-ups, lat pull down perfomring 1-2 sets of 8 reps
Step 3
Do Cardio 3 days per week the 1st 3 weeks going for 20 minunites at 70% of your max heart rate.
