When I first came to Personal Power Training my goal was to put on some muscle and increase my strength for my sophomore year in wrestling. Wow did he deliver!! A word from Personal Power Training... In order to accurately help my clients achieve their goals, a complete assessment of the clients' fitness level must be compiled and evaluated. In order to accomplish this, numerous factors are taken into account and analyzed. Such factors include nutritional assessment; coupled with guidance and motivation tailored to specifically meet the needs of the client. Additionally, measurements of body fat percentage, blood pressure, and resting heart rates are considered. Posture analysis and corrective stretching is determined and designed specifically to meet the unique needs of each person. In addition to the fitness assessment and analysis, demonstration of all exercises is performed in order to better help my clients achieve their goals. When combined all together, a complete, overall health analysis is provided and tailored to the specific needs and goals of my clients.
