Soy and Soy products why are they so bad for your health

Health Tip
All non-fermented soy products (Tofu, soy milk, etc) are bad for your health.

The research is now overwhelming and is being withheld from the American public (the U.S. is the largest soy producer in the world). Soy blocks the utilization of protein and many minerals and is thus a poor form of protein. It is extremely bad for the thyroid gland. It is a highly allergenic food and much more.
