Jessica Simpson Exercise dedication and Eating Plan
Jessica Simpson got in amazing shape for Duke's of hazard for the role of Daisy Dukes. She was quoted for saying that missing the gym for a strenuous work out wasn't a option no matter how late the movie shoot took she would go at the end of the day and work out for 2 hrs, 1 hr of treadmill running or cardio to help shed her body into a tight little thing that we all stared at while her boots were made for walking.
Jessica that is awesome the drive the commitment, Granted how much money did you earn by getting that amazing body. So working out and correcting some eating habits like avoiding sugar were very rewarding for someone already blessed with awesome genes.
Jessica Simpson deserved everything she worked for, it's awesome to see a start change some eating habits and alter there exercise training program and watch them get the great reward by seeing how Jessica Simpson shredded all those extra fat pounds off.
congratulations for being committed to your exercise training program Jessica Simpson keep at it don't let yourself out of shape remember always take care of your self, yes you are beautiful regardless and sure an amazing person, though you always should be healthy and fit.

Arizona Cardinals: Wow What a Game
Well as exciting it was to watch the Arizona vs. Chicago Game on October 16, 2006. Was an amazing Monday night game.
As much of a Chicago Bears fan I'm I was really rooting for The Arizona Cardinals, with Matt Leinart really playing ball and representing him as a real contender for being a great quarterback to come.
Arizona Fans, Stick with it, Have Faith, Be a Real Fan and root for your home team, We need more committed fans (people) in this world.

New Research has Proven To Be Healthy for Your Hormones, Scientist have found out that actually just looking at chocolate elicits the health effects to just look at the chocolate, so the new research says the healthy benefits to look at chocolate are great not to eat it but just to look at it and it will get you your healthy benefits.
Ok sure most of you wont not eat chocolate and you don't care about your health necessary when your eating chocolate, sure is it un healthy and may not be the best for you, but how about this...
Eat your chocolate, though choose Organic, Choose a healthy version of bad foods. Take charge of your life and choose to make the best choice, buy organic chocolate if your not going to not eat chocolate.
This goes with any food product that might not be healthy for you if you know your not going to necessary eat great foods, still choose organic.
So instead of eating ice cream eat organic ice cream, sure it's still not good for you, but it's the best choice if your going to eat bad anyway.
You want to enjoy or what you may think is treating yourself go organic, hell if your really committed to your health make your own organic ice cream, hell you might even be able to make it some what healthy.

Chuck Norris Is not a Personal Trainer is He?
The Total Body Gym: Sure it may be a good form of exercise machine for some people, but come on let's face it it's not going to replace free weights and hiring a personal trainer. The Total Body Gym is actually on piece of equipment that I like for rehab and for beginners when it comes to exercise, but come on Chuck Norris, Wesley Snipes. Stop making money by recommending something you may like, but you are paid actors not professionals.
American's Wesley Snipes, Chuck Norris may be great actors or may not be, but that is what they do is Act. They do not research exercise programs, fat loss, they are not professionals in the fitness industry. Stop Listening to paid actors about health and fitness, and Start listening to Fitness Professionals about Fitness Equipment, Exercise, Fat Loss.

Tyra Banks Ready for Celebrity Fat Camp: Way to Fat for America's Next Top Model
Tyra though I hate to point the finger at you, you have a name and a reputation to uphold. How can you honestly tell other "top models" to lose weight because they are too fat, when you should be the next contestent on Celebrity Fit Camp. I am not a huge fan of the show, due to the lack of education and recommendations that are being said on the show, but they do an amazing job motivating and changing celebrities life for the better. I would just like to see more effective methods for training and nutrition.
Celebrities are put on the spot, but that what makes them celebrities. They don't call them "stars" for no reason. So Tyra if you didn't want me to express how you need to take some serious responsibility for your health and hire a celebrity personal trainer, chef, nutritionist, and/or natural medical doctor to get down to the bottom to shedding all that flab from your body then perhaps you should reconsider a career in front of the camera.
As a celebrity supermodel, as the spokesperson for America's Next Top Model, and a talk show host, repsect yourself and your health. Stop eating crap and start exercising, or doing whatever it takes so you may show future models, it is unacceptable to let yourself go and become unhealthy. As much as I hate celebrities giving advice on subjects that they are not experts in, unfortunately American's come to you for advice and not the real professionals. So be a good role model, not just a mouthpiece.
Please Tyra, help stop the obesity, stop the fat, stop setting a bad example. If you're going to be considered a top supermodel, then don't use the excuse that you already have a name and celebrity status and all the have to do is airbrush your photos. Get your ass to the gym, hire a celebrity personal trainer, hire someone that will get your amazing body back, so you may be real with your fans and yourself and not hide behind fancy air brushing techniques. Truly be that beautiful person we all know you are on the inside and outside becuse you owe it to yourself.

Halloween and Your Children's Health
Our nation keeps getting fatter. Did you know that Americans put 2/3rds of the fat on their bodies over the course of a year, just during the holidays? As a personal trainer in Arizona, I see it year after year, the majority of people lose their focus because they allow the holidays, special dinners, events, surrounded by eating un-healthy fat causing foods, to take over their lives. Then as the New Year hits they expect to get in amazing shape by summer time.
I just don't get it. Destroy your body, then do your best to get super fit so you may do it all over again over the holidays? Doesn't make sense to me, does it make sense to you?
People, the Media, anyone who wants to listen. Stop creating fat kids, bad habits, and destroying the human genetic pool. Let's find a soloution to stop the fat and start the health, so our children can function properly and we may be lucky to even slow down the amount of depressed, un-happy, low self-esteem children out there. Overweight children are ridiculed by other kids, do you want this for your child? We can also slow down the pharmaceutical companies from making so much money from all of us fat and un-healthy people.
Parents you are in control of what your kids eat. Celebrate the holidays, celebrate Halloween, but stop destroying your children by letting them gorge themselves on garbage bag filled candy bags. I would say destroy all white and refined sugar products because they are only harmful to your health. You might not want to give up things that hurt you because you feel the taste is far greater than the harm. So limit the amount of candies your children eat per day, per week. Give them a few of their favorite candies and throw the rest away, give them away.
Sugar is one of the most harmful and addictive agents out there, and food scientists know it, so they continue to put sugar and harmful additives into our food to continue to sell more and make more money for themselves, which in turn causes you and your children to get worse health.
You need to have control of yourself and your children, so you must and should want to choose to take responsibility for your health and your children's health. You might not care about your health and future, but you shojuld take your children's health and life seriously by providing them with proper food and exercise. You have the choice to make your children healthy and happy because they don't know any better, so take a stand and be a parent, not just a friend that gives into your children's whining and crying.
Give yourself healthy and tasty alternatives that will keep your kids healthy and fit. Give them organic fruits and veggies. Find an orgainc treat, though I recommend training your children that organic fruits and veggies to be a treat.
But if you still want to give them candy find an organic snack or treat at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or Wild Oats.
Make something from scratch, learn to be healthy and cook healthy to really treat your kids health right.
Exercise if you choose to destroy your health by eating those refined sugars and flowers and the candy loaded with sugar that causes you to get so fat. Exercise, run, walk, job, jump rope, something to counteract all the bad foods you load into your mouth.
Enjoy a nice walk, jog with your kids go on a bike ride, kids love to exercise so let them do it.
Weight lifting studies have shown that lifting weights burns more fat then other forms of exercise, so do a quick exercise program every morning or at night with your kids.
12 lunges, 12 squats, 12 push ups, 12 pull ups. Start off doing 1 set, then add 2 sets then 3 sets, then do as many as you can in 30 min. Once you get to 30 mininutes of performing everything beat how many total times you made it through the next exercise program.
Enjoy the holidays, enjoy Halloween, but stay fit and healthy during this time, if you don't want to do it for yourself, be healhy and fit for your kids.

Oprah Loses 15 lbs! Secret Revealed!
Let's talk about Oprah, she and her staff do not know much about health, fitness, and nutrition because if they did Oprah would be in fantastic shape, not struggling with weight issues like she does. Nothing Oprah has tried has worked long term. With the type of money Oprah has there is a very simple explanation as to why nothing has worked, either her trainer sucks and doesn't know what he is doing when it comes to exercise and training someone on how to lose fat. Or Oprah doesn't go and work out like she is supposed to. I don't know who is to blame, but if Oprah really wanted to be healthy and in amazing shape she could be. Oprah and her chef apparently have no clue about the proper nutrition for her. I'm not sure how long Oprah has been attempting to lose weight or fat, but from the public's perspective, it's been way too long.
Oprah I hate to break it to you but if your feeling like crap when you diet you are not eating a healthy mean plan that works for your bio-chemistry. When I read the article about what you were eating, and I don't know if this is true or not, but there was no mention of you eating organic foods. And why is your food intake so low in fat? Oprah have you ever had a proper nutritional assessment with someone who really knows what they are doing when it comes to fat loss?
I hate to break it to you people, but stop and I mean stop listening to celebrities, professional atheletes and any other unqualified non-professional about nutrition and fitness. I have been a celebrity personal trianer and personal trainer to many stars and professional athletes and even regular folks like you, and I have never come across a client that knew enough about how their body functions on the indside as well as on the outside as I do. They all have followed this "great diet" that workd for a few months and then they gained the weight back, because the gimmicks out there don't work, seeking the advice of a trained fitness and nutritional expert is the only thing that works, permanently.
I hate to break it to everyone out there, but no program works if you gain the weight back. If you are on a proper meal plan, diet, food program or whatever you want to call it, then it works long term. Granted you must take responsibility for your health and fitness. Stop blaming and putting other things in front of your health and stop listening to celebrities about health and fitness. Listen to real fitness professionals that know what they are doing. Be careful because there are a ton of trainers that suck out there so make sure you're hiring the best. Not just some chump that may look the part.
Oprah I hate to break it to you, but get on a real health and fitness program, and something that works for your body to make you feel amazing and to shed fat. Hire a new trainer and somone that can really assess your nutritioal needs, but remember everyone is not the same, eat according to your bio-chemistry and learn from a real pro.
