Fitness Tip of the Day:
Follow a path or a program because just going in the gym doing random things will never get you
the results you want. Exercise Program Design is one of the most important aspects of training
yourself. Learn to create programs that last about 4-6 weeks so you keep changing things up.
Because if you always do the same workout you will eventually no longer get any more results.
Remember the definition of insanity is: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a
different result.
Nutrition Tip of the Day:
If you don't eat breakfast don't think about losing weight because a big healthy breakfast is the
first part to dropping fat the right way.
Remember if you start exercising today, Eating Better, and living healthier your one day closer to
looking great, feelting great, and loving life even more.
